PFY/Toyota Scholarship Program

The Partners for Youth/Toyota Scholarship program began in 1998 through a donation from Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Kentucky. Youth who participate in programs funded by the Grassroots Allocations Program or who participate in our Neighborhood Youth Councils are eligible to be nominated. Scholarships can be used for any post-secondary education program that encourages recipients to continue their education. In 2021, recipients received a match of Toyota funds from Walton Family Foundation. Each year, thanks to the generosity of Toyota, up to 10 youth receive $1,000 – $1,500 scholarships.

This year, 12 youth were awarded the Partners for Youth/Toyota Scholarship! Thank you to our sponsors & partners who helped us recognize & celebrate this year's recipients at the 2024 Partners for Youth/Toyota Scholarship Banquet on November 15, 2024. We are grateful for the support and partnership of Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Kentucky and Holifield Photography!
