Neighborhood Youth Council empowers youth to take leadership and service roles in their community. Our mission is to Create, Advocate, Service, and Educate the community; through community development projects, promoting creativity, safe spaces, and raising awareness of social justice issues. NYC will work closely with other local youth organizations, neighborhood associations, and city government to increase the availability of positive programming for youth in the city.

Partners for Youth has created two councils in the Cardinal Valley and Gainesway areas. Meetings are open to all Fayette County high school students.
